This week I decided to participate in Menu Plan Monday (for the first time!) Besides making sure we don’t end up eating out all week, I’m hoping this will help me find some good recipes for my 101 in 1001 binder. Monday- Chicken & Noodle Casserole
Tuesday- The Ultimate Lady’s Cheesy Mac & Cheese (served with broccoli)
Wednesday- Fish Sticks with mashed potatoes and green beans
Thursday- English Muffin Pizzas
Friday- 5 Bean Chili & Ultimate Cheeseburgers
Saturday- Breakfast- Eggs Benedict Dinner- at our friend’s Madden Tournament (Yep, 16 grown men playing video games all damn day)
Sunday- Breakfast- Sausage & Potato Frittata Dinner- with the inlaws

I am going to try that fish stick recipe with Trout – I got tons of it in the freezer (my hubby, son and father are fishing fanatics) and I am plain out of ideas on how to serve it anymore. Thanks for sharing the link
My kids would love that chicken noodle casserole. We’ll have to give it a try when Daddy is out of town again.
The chicken noodle casserole was a huge hit! The kids (&hubbs) gobbled up so much there’s no left overs!
