This Friday, February 5th, is National Wear Red Day– to raise awareness about heart disease and heart health for women. Right now 1 in 4 women die of heart disease, that’s a pretty scary statistic! I know I should be taking better care of my heart, my grandfather has a pacemaker and my father’s arteries were already really clogged when he passed and he was only 36. No time like the present to start doing as much for my heart as it does for me! There are lots of ways to be involved this Friday, including-
